I liked the fact that there was breakfast every morning. Having a kiddo that wakes up early, it's honestly convient! It was less stress when it came to our first meal of the day. I just wish there were 2 waffle makers instead of one :) Other than that, our stay was really pleasant.

the hostess and host at the front desk was wonderful. we ran into a lil issue in our room where water was all over floor from a ac issue. The hotel had to of known about it because a bucket was in the closet to the ac collecting water that dripped from it. The hotel did accomadate by giving us a free night stay but i would advise to get that problem fixed asap. I believe it is rotting the floor and door which will lead to more costly problems.

I loved everything. The rooms were super clean. There were 7 of us and we stayed in a two-room suite. The children had a lot of fun and the breakfast was very good. The excellent location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Spacious and clean suite. Recycling bins available at the main entrance.

The location is very convenient for getting around in the Irving area, and it only takes 15 minutes to get to downtown Dallas. On the other hand, it's close to a main highway, so it's a bit noisy. If you are staying here a while, it's also close to the little lakes of Las Colinas, which you can walk around, and even take a motorised gondola ride, if you really want - they're only a few minutes' walk away! The staff are also friendly, and the washing machines / dryers work well, and there is a little area where you can print and scan documents. The suites themselves are a decent size, with a nice layout that separates a "living" area from a "sleeping" area. The TV has a good selection of channels, including Premier League football.

Breakfast was excellent with many food items to choose from. The suite was well laid out and the bed was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked properly. The ceiling fan, the a/c and plenty of hot water!

The property was beautiful and our room was nice and spacious. The lobby was especially nice and welcoming. The ambiance lead us to just sit and hang out in that area.
